From our humble beginning in the 1980s by our masters from starting the journey of promoting our chinese culture to wining award from various competition around the world. Committee members from the various troupe and association had came together to create PHB Cultural Association to carry on the journey together as one.

PHB's Mission

To promote Lion and Dragon dance traditions, to elevate members and public on awareness and appreciation of arts.

Cultivation via CCA to Primary school and Secondary school o Sponsorship of equipment, uniform & coaching fees

Training of discipline, perseverance & diligence while understanding part of Chinese traditions
